SMS Communications
If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from Substrata, we may use your number to communicate with you regarding inquiries, projects, customer service and other business-related communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

And then here are some short & sweet SMS Terms which should be good-to-go assuming that we are not doing SMS Marketing (I don't think we do, but if we do, then we need a much more robust TOS, Policy and SOP for management, so let me know if I am assuming incorrectly):

Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further text messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
