Job Purpose
An Inside Sales Representative will have consistent interaction with current and future clients. The Inside Sales Representative will aid in making sales calls, occasional sales visits, as well as staying in constant communication with customers. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with Substrata’s CEO and sales team to ensure all leads are being touched and closed on a regular basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
- Make cold calls or reach out to prospects.
- Follow up with clients consistently throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
- Assist in presenting/demonstrating the value of products & services to prospective clients.
- Compile and analyze data to find trends.
- Aid in developing sales strategies and setting quotas.
- Enter all data into company’s CRM.
- Generate new prospects through available resources to support company growth targets.
Education/Experience/Skills
- 5 years’ work experience or bachelor’s degree
- Experience in Business to Business sales
- Disciplined personal organization & time management skills
- Maintain product knowledge
- Basic phone & computer skills
- Experience using a CRM
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ambitious self starter
