Job Purpose
A chemical engineer will apply the principles of chemistry, biology, physics, and mathematics to solve problems that involve the production or use of Substrata’s enzyme-based products. The Chemical Engineer will oversee manufacturing processes and equipment while maintaining improving Substrata’s quality control process. The Chemical Engineer will also have product knowledge and assist the sales team with technical inquiries.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate equipment and processes to maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Oversee quality control/manufacturing processes
- Oversee product testing & certifications
- Test and document product compatibilities
Education/Experience/Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Creative
