While Perma-Zyme is known to decrease the amount of dust that typically occurs compared to traditional construction, it does not eliminate it completely. Perma-Zyme treated soils will eliminate the soil particles from coming off of the treated soil but it is still possible that other particles from the surrounding environment can sit on top of the Perma-Zyme surface and create dust.
